Answer: Yes, there’s a separate baby washroom in each toilet building.
 
Question: What do we need a pass for?
Answer: Children from 10 years will need passes to go to films and discos. You can get these passes made at the camping site.
 
Question: Is entrance to Kidz Village free?
Answer: Yes, Rivièra offers guaranteed play in the case of bad weather! Entrance is free to camping site guests all day long.
 
Question: Are there quilts and cushions in the static caravans?
Answer: Yes, all the bedding is single for which you should bring the covers.
 
Question: Do the camping site guests have to pay to enter Snow Village?
Answer: Yes, but camping site guests benefit from a reduced rate for entry to Snow Village.
 
Question: Is fishing allowed on the camping site?
Answer: Yes, there’s a special area where you can fish.
 
Question: What is the difference between a season- and a year plot?
Answer: You can place a touring caravan or a tent/collapsible trailer on a season plot. You will have to remove this at the end of the season. On a year plot, you can place a static caravan, which can of course remain all year. You may not however use the plot/static caravan during the winter.
 
Question: What is the difference between a “standard” and a “comfort” plot?
Answer: A comfort plot has its own extra water and drainage facilities, a cable TV connection and 10-ampere electricity connection. You can choose a comfort plot anywhere on the park.
 
Question: What does the reception provide?
Answer: The reception can answer any questions on the camping site, the surroundings, telephone cards, tickets for nearby parks, first aid, appointments with doctors and dentists as well as being there for a chat and much more besides.
